Each additional member from same agency:  $30 (everyone fills out their own application)

Commercial Company/Consultant: $110

All must be from same agency and would be put under one address (This category does NOT require anyone to register at the individual rate) - You would fill out only one individual membership application

Up to 6 members:  $150
7-10 members: $300
16-25 members: $450
26-40 members: $750
41+ members: $1200
